For a low monthly price, your company has access to unlimited HR support and resources.Your leaders will have a designated HR Business Partner to contact by both phone and email. Support and services include advisement on employee and labor relations matters, managing processes surrounding the employee life cycle, and general HR support. 5HOW MUCH ARE À LA CARTE SERVICES?
We provide a broad range of à la carte services that are priced according to the estimated hours. Talk to one of our team members to request an estimate for specific services.
6DO YOU PROVIDE PAYROLL SERVICES?
Yes! We offer payroll administration as an additional service to an HR package.
7WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR IMPLEMENTATION?
Services may begin within two weeks but may take as long as 30-60 days following the initial consultation and recommendations. Timing depends on how quickly the required documentation and necessary transitions can take place.
8IS THERE A SET UP FEE?
There is a one-time set up fee that is equal to your monthly subscription cost. This fee is waived if a 2-year service agreement is signed.
9DO ALL OF MY EMPLOYEES HAVE TO BE IN ONE LOCATION TO USE YOUR COMPANY?
No, your employees can be located anywhere in the world.
10I HAVE AN HR PERSON ON STAFF ALREADY, CAN YOUR COMPANY WORK WITH THEM?
